  • Has my order shipped?

    Click the “Orders” link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. For further questions or concerns, you can always contact us through our online contact form.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 10 business days.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience.

  • When will my backorder arrive?

    Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

  • An item is missing from my shipment.

    Click the “Orders” link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance via contact form.

  • How can I tell what the final price is?

    After adding all items in your shopping cart and entering your shipping address, you will see your quote in full.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If the order has already shipped a 20% restocking fee will be applied and you will need to pay return shipping. If the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped a 10% processing fee may be applied.

  • Do I have to be home when my order arrives?

    Yes, someone has to be home to sign for the shipment. You will be contacted by the freight company before delivery to set a time suitable for you.

  • What happens if my order is damaged?

    Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you see signs of damage immediately, report it to the driver and take pictures. The driver will call the dispatch office and provide you with an exception number on the BOL (Bill of Lading). Do not refuse delivery. We will need a copy of the updated BOL and any pictures of the damage.

  • How can I get free shipping?

    Place an order with a subtotal value of $1000 or above and you will automatically qualify for free shipping.
