I love cooking Farro in some low sodium Chicken Broth. I add it to my Beet and Goat Cheese Salad. It is to die for! I add some Craisins, 1/4 chopped Honeycrisp Apple, Candied Walnuts in a Spring Mix Salad. I make a simple dressing of Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, Dijon Mustard and Olive Oil. DIVINE!
